• A more "complete picture" of your running form and body positioning can be obtained with the use of surface electromyography (sEMG). This shows the amount of muscular activation that each muscle of your lower extremity (leg) has during the running cycle. This technology has great potential in reducing the risk of injury and improving mechanical efficiency which translates into better running results.
