Running gait re-trainning is an educational process in which the runners receives live feedback about his or her running mechanics live. This is done through visual feedback as the runners observes themselves in a large TV screen in front of them LIVE. Inertai sensors (IMU) are also used to obtain metrics of the feet when landing on the ground when running. Live cues are also given by the doctor which allows the runner to make real live adaptations and changes, thus improving their motor control. Certain research suggests that this is the most efficient way to alter running mechanics and prevent injuries and improving current ones. This session is to be PERFORMED ONLY after a running biomechanics evaluation.
